I am a lifelong Granite Stater, small business owner, and public servant who has built my career on hard work, integrity, and always putting people first. 

For more than 25 years, I have served as the CEO of JC International, a wholesale distributor and importer/exporter that I built from the ground up. Through my business, I have created jobs, managed payrolls, and faced the same challenges that small businesses encounter every day. 

That real-world experience continues to guide my approach to public service, keeping me focused on practical solutions, real results, and the issues people in New Hampshire face every day.

 I currently serve as a State Representative in the New Hampshire House, where I hold the role of Vice Chair of the Housing Committee, addressing issues like zoning, condo regulation, and housing affordability. I also serve on the Ways and Means Committee, working to keep New Hampshire affordable for families and small businesses. 

Over the years, I have been trusted with leadership roles on statewide boards and commissions, including the Business Finance Authority Board, Family Medical Leave Review Board, New Hampshire Canadian Trade Council, State Park Advisory Council, and the Speaker’s Steering Committee. 

Beyond the State House, I have served as Vice Chair, Chair, and later Chair Emeritus of the Manchester Republican Committee, helping lead local grassroots efforts that strengthened our majority in Concord. 

 I earned a degree in Economics and Finance and a degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, an academic foundation that has guided my business and policy decisions. 

At the end of the day, I believe in a simple philosophy: do the right thing, listen more than you talk, and always put people first. 

Whether in the State House, the community, or the private sector, I never forget who I represent or why I do this work.
