Carriers now require a separate Terms of Use or Terms & Conditions or Terms of Service page.  Somewhere in the Terms, please add a section with the following content:

Mobile Messaging Program Consent

By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from the [cole4nh]:

• Polling/Voting Text Messages: Such as election reminders and opinion polls.
• Public Service Announcement Text Messages: Including legislative updates, member updates, and voter education.

Opt-In Methods

You may opt in to the Program by:

Message Terms

STOP Command

To stop receiving messages, text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from the Program unless you opt back in.

For help, text HELP or contact us at [email protected] You will receive instructions on how to use the service.
